We collect account information, Saju inputs such as birth date, birth time, gender, nickname, optional birth city, service usage records, app usage events and device identifiers including the advertising ID (Android app), payment transaction metadata, and support messages. Reply-coach message content and screenshots are processed to create the response and are not stored as original message content.
We use information to provide readings, maintain your account and Mooncoin balance, process payments, prevent abuse, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use Supabase, Google AI, Vercel, Toss Payments (Korea), Lemon Squeezy (international payments, as merchant of record), PostHog, Sentry, and Google Analytics for Firebase (app usage analytics and ad measurement) as service providers. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings. Card details for international purchases are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA). We do not sell personal information.
