This policy explains refund conditions for Mooncoin charges, single reading purchases, and unlimited passes.

2. Refundable Cases

• Unused Mooncoin may be refunded within 7 days of charge.
• Unread single-purchase readings may be refunded within 7 days.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days after receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Mooncoin already spent on a reading or pass.
• Readings that have already been opened or delivered.
• Activated unlimited passes.
• Free or bonus Mooncoin that was not purchased.
