We collect account information, Saju inputs such as birth date, birth time, gender, nickname, optional birth city, service usage records, payment transaction metadata, and support messages. Reply-coach message content and screenshots are processed to create the response and are not stored as original message content.
We use information to provide readings, maintain your account and Mooncoin balance, process payments, prevent abuse, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use Supabase, Google AI, Vercel, Toss Payments, PostHog, and Sentry as service providers. We do not sell personal information.
